This weeks first track is Old Ways by Bleach Lab. It has some beautiful vocals with a floaty guitar sound reminiscent of early Slowdive. The picture on the video doesn't change at all so don't worry if you can't watch it at the same time as listening to it. I've watched the whole thing to make sure a secret monkey doesn't jump out at the end, so just close your eyes and enjoy the song.
To pair with this I thought Roscoe by Midlake would go well. If you've never heard it, or indeed Midlake before then hopefully you've just discovered a hidden gem that will make you feel fuzzy and warm inside. The video fits the song perfectly.
